Why I'm seeing outdated information and or pictures?
If you have updated your information or images and are seeing old information, you could be looking at a cached page. Browsers cache pages so you don't have to download all the information from the internet every time you view the page. To clear your cache or remove this option, you can do so from the browsers "Tools" section. Within the tools section you can click on "Delete Temporary Internet Files". This will clear you cache files so your browser will reload new information when you visit the site again.

As a buyer, how do I report a problem with an item?
If an item you pay for: is not shipped by the seller; is significantly not as described; or arrives damaged, please contact the seller directly to work toward a resolution. If your communication with the seller proves unsuccessful, you should email support@madeitmyself.com with your username and the item number. We will try to help you resolve the situation. You may also leave appropriate feedback for the seller who failed to ship the item or describe it properly.

What is an e-coupon and how do I use it?
E-coupons are our way of allowing a negotiated item to be sold at the settled, discounted rate between the buyer and the seller. After negotiating a price, you will be given an e-coupon with a unique code for the discounted price. When you go to purchase the item, enter the unique e-coupon pin and voila!

What is the negotiations link used for?
We wanted our website to feel more like an online marketplace, so we created the negotiations link to allow you to negotiate the original price with a artisan. However, a artisan may not want to negotiate, so we ask you to please respect their art and self worth by not being too bossy about talking them into lowering their price.
