Payment:
Please pay within 1 hour via paypal.
I will occasionally accept other forms of payment, but only by prior arrangement - ie: contact me before ordering.
If you have a paypal issue, let me know ASAP so I can try to help.
Shipping:
Domestic orders may be shipped first class - ie: cards, etc. Items ship within 3-5 business days via USPS/priority mail/US Post Office once payment has been received. Please contact me if you have any special shipping requests and I will do my best to accommodate them.
For international orders, I try to make an educated guess on postage, and ship via the most logical (economical) method, which varies by country.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, send me a note. Often I can send a replacement or we can work something out.
Refunds and Exchanges
My shipping fees do not include insurance, so if you are interested in purchasing insurance please let me know. While I do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items, please do let me know if you have any problems with your order. I would like every customer to have the most satisfactory shopping experience possible!
