Payment and Shipping Rates:
All items will be shipped using USPS First Class as indicated in the item. Paypal is the only form of payment we accept. International customers, please contact us for shipping rate prior to purchase. All items in inventory will ship within 24hrs. Custom orders will take a minimum of 3-5 days to ship and maximum of 7-10 days. We will give you a more accurate ship date on a per order basis.
Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase but the shipment costs are at the buyers expense. Items must be returned in their original condition - NEW. Once the item is received, we will credit you through paypal, or write you a check for purchased price.
Custom Orders:
We welcome custom orders with NO OBLIGATION to the customer! We customize wedding jewelry and name bracelet orders most frequently, but we would consider any customer ideas. Contact us via "My Messages" and tell us what you want and what size and we'll create something that hopefully meets your desires. If your happy with our creation you can buy it here, otherwise we'll just add it to our inventory, NO RISK for you!
