The Candlelight Boutique is a partnership owned by Charity L Gamble & LaShawn R Korb and based in Sioux City, IA.
We strive to offer the finest quality handmade bath and beauty products, spa accessories, and hand poured container candles.
Payment*PayPal and Money Order are the only methods of payment we accept. If you choose PayPal but don't have an account, don't worry. You don't have to have one to use PayPal!
*Iowa residents are required to pay the standard Iowa sales tax rate. This will be added to your total when you checkout via PayPal. If you are paying via Money Order and you live in Iowa, please do not send payment until we have sent you an invoice with the current sales tax rate applied to your purchase.
*Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been sent. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
Shipping
*To ensure the freshest product possible, all items will be made at the time of order. Please allow 2 - 5 days production time, depending on the size of your order. Should the order require more than 5 days, we will convo you with the estimated shipping date.
*All shipping is done via United States Postal Mail using Flat Rate Priority Mail service
*Delivery Confirmation is included with your order (as long as you are not using a PO Box for your shipping address). Insurance coverage is not included. If you wish to insure your package, please wait for us to send an invoice with the insurance rate added to your total.
*Insurance varies dependent upon the value of the items.
$1.75 - $0.01 - $50 value
$2.25 - $50.01 - $100 value
*Items are only shipped Monday - Friday.
Refunds and Exchanges*Returns are available for the first thirty (30) days after purchase.
*Items may NOT be returned due to dissatisfaction with price regardless of how soon after purchase it is.
*Items that arrive damaged may be exchanged or refunded.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped. Packages usually ship via Flat Rate Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-5 business days.
Additional Policies and FAQs
*Coupons and deals will NOT be applied to past purchases. Please do not ask for a partial refund or deal on a previously purchased item, you will be denied. No returns will be accepted for denial of a partial refund or deal.
*Custom orders will receive their own listings marked as "Reserved for MIMUSER."
*Custom orders may take longer to complete dependent upon the item(s) ordered.
* Wholesale IS available for items like facial scrubbies & washcloths, just send us a conversation to find out more information!
