Please allow 2-4 days for your hand designed diaper cake to be completed from the date we receive your completed order. FedEx Ground Shipping will is our shipping method. Delivery takes 2-7 days. FedEx delivers only Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Each diaper cake must be shipped separately.
Exception: Little Bon Bons or Plain Bon Bons (3 to a box).
If you need a rush order, please contact Fresh From Above with your specific needs before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A RUSH Fee and additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box or to a hospital due to short lengths of stay.
Checks or money orders by mail are accepted, but need to be cleared by the bank prior to item shipped. Please keep in mind that the mail may be slow & allow for extra time for delivery of your item.
Pay Pal users are welcome to pay by credit card and e-checks. Pay Pal is one of the most popular and trusted payment companies on the internet.

Fresh From Above brand diaper cakes are custom made. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 4 days of receiving and we will review complaints on a case-by-case basis. If a credit is warranted you will be issued a credit back the way payment was made. Refunds will only be made if product is unopened and in original packaging. Return mailing expense is the customer’s responsibility. This does not apply to any errors caused by Fresh From Above, LLC.
Exchanges
If an exchange is desired, contact us within 2 days of receipt of your item. Postage to ship the item back to Fresh From Above and for Fresh From Above to ship the new item out is at the expense of the person requesting the exchange and will be ACTUAL shipping and handling. Exchanged items must be in new condition with unopened packaging.
