Payment: Please pay for your purchase within 3 days or your order will be cancelled and negative feedback will be left where possible. I will begin shipping/working on your order once your payment has cleared through my PayPal account.
SHIPPING: Almost all orders ship within 3-5 business days, however, I do not ship on weekends or holidays. Exceptions to the 3-5 day shipping will be for custom orders*. Looner Creations is happy to accommodate international orders. I ship your items through Canada Post safely, in sturdy, secure and protective packaging to ensure safe arrival.

*PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped outside Canada, be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection, and the assessment of duties & taxes in accordance with that countries national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. I will ship to the address specified on your receipt unless otherwise requested.
If the item you have purchased is a gift, and you want it sent to the recipient, please indicate the shipping address, in the “Message To Seller” option during checkout.
Shipping prices cover the shipping materials & delivery charges. If you would like the items expedited, shipment tracking or insurance, just mention it in the Message To Seller option at the time of purchase. Ill recalculate accordingly and send you out an invoice which, should be paid within 3 days.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Refunds are only accepted in the event that the piece is damaged in shipment as long as you contact me within 3 business days of receipt. Replacement items will only be shipped after the damaged item(s) are returned.
