I am originally from UK, but have lived in the US since April 2002. I have been designing jewelry for sale since 2004. All of my designs are originals and are all made only once, so are truly OOAK!

I am so in love with beads and all things beady and love to design items. All my items are unique and made with love and attention to fine detail.

Payment Policies
I prefer PayPal for payment as it provides instant and secure receipts and allows me to dispatch your purchases almost immediately.  I will accept personal checks from trusted sources, but the items will not be sent until funds are cleared by my bank.

I do expect payment within 7 days of purchase and if not, I do reserve the right to cancel the sale.

I also add sales tax for Minnesota and Wisconsin residents at the prevailng rates, currently 7.275% and 5.50% respectively.


Shipping Policies
All my items carry shipping charges for USPS first class postage in the US.  International items will be shipped by international services provided by USPS. I charge for international Priority mail flat rate - $17 .... if you buy more than one item internationally, I will refund all overages on shipping down to the $17.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact me first and we can arrange that prior to purchase.

I do offer a 40% discount on shipping if multiple items are purchased at the same time.  If the software fails, I will make a PayPal refund immediately.

For overseas shipments please be aware that Lottie's Trinkets is not in any form or shape responsible for any additional taxes or duties applied by the receiving country.  These fees are totally payable by the purchaser.

Refund & Exchange Policy
I do accept returns, shipping at buyers expenses, within 7 days of receipt and items must be returned in original condition.  Unfortunately due to hygiene issues this can not be extended to earrings.

Guarantee Policy
All handmade items are delicate and must be handled with care. I advise keeping items in air tight baggies or snap shut containers to reduce tarnish. 
I will, for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, do my upmost to repair any defect in workmanship that occurs free of charge (excepting postage charges to get the piece back to me).  After 12 months, I will still try to do this, but there will be a charge for materials and time. 

Custom Order Policy
Custom orders, I do request a 50% down payment with the remainder due pre shipping to your address. Please feel free to call me on 763 607 3824 to discuss your ideas and share some creative thoughts. - Lise
