Payment Policies
I prefer PayPal for payment as it provides instant and secure receipts and allows me to dispatch your purchases almost immediately.  I will accept personal checks, but the items will not be sent until funds are cleared by my bank.

I do expect payment within 7 days of purchase and if not, I do reserve the right to cancel the sale.

I also add sales tax for Minnesota residents at the prevailng rate, currently 7.275%

Shipping Policies
All my items carry shipping charges for USPS first class postage.  If you require an upgrade or another carrier, please ask prior to purchase and I will adust the shipping fee to reflect that choice.

I do combine shipping on multiple purchases. I will refund any overcharges the computer set-up makes to try and reflect the actual cost more accurately.

For overseas shipments please be aware that Lottie's Trinkets is not in any form or shape responsible for any additional taxes or duties applied by the receiving country.  These fees are totally payable by the purchaser.

Refund & Exchange Policy
I do accept returns, shipping at buyers expenses, within 7 days of receipt and items must be returned in original condition.  Unfortunately due to hygiene issues this can not be extended to earrings.

Custom Order Policy
Custom orders, I do request a 50% downpayment with the remainder due pre shipping to your address.
