Payment
Any applicable sales taxes have already been added into the price that is listed.
Any buyers who have elected additional shipping services will also need to notify me and wait for me to revise their invoice to include those charges before making their payment.
Otherwise, if you are not requesting additional shipping charges, please pay in USD through PayPal immediately after making your purchase.
I will make any of the above mentioned revisions, if applicable, within 48 hours (generally, within 24 hours). Payment will be due within 24 hours after those revisions.

Shipping
I ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation on US deliveries which is alreay included in the prices listed.
Currently shipments are only made within the United States, the US Virgin Islands, and Canada. If you are outside of these areas and would like to make a purchase from my shop, please let me know and I will consider it and give you an answer within a few days. Please note that I added Canadian and US Virgin Islands shipping in response to customers' requests.
Please note that Memorable Crafts is not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to to your international order nor will Memorable Crafts help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as “gift” in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

If you would like to add online tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance or express delivery, please let me know at the time you make your purchase. I will notify you of the charges. Once you approve the charges, I will invoice you for the additional services.
If you opt not to add online tracking or delivery confirmation, please accept responsibility should the item be lost in the mail. I do not add it as a standard cost in an effort to give you the option to control your total expense.
Occasionally, there may be a discrepancy between the ship to address I receive from this website and the one I receive from PayPal. If this happens, I will contact the buyer to confirm the correct ship to address and wait for a response. Because this causes a delay in shipping out your purchase, please make sure that both addresses are correct.
Please allow a few days for me to ship after full payment (original invoice or revised invoice amount that includes any additional shipping services you elect) is received and ship to address is confirmed, if necessary. If you need the item sooner please let me know so that I can try to accommodate your request.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the rare event that being human I make a huge mistake in my listing and my item is grossly different than what I have described and shown in my listing, please contact me to resolve the issue. I will always put forth a genuine effort to ensure that my buyers are satisfied and feel that their transactions with me are fair. I appreciate all of my buyers, especially my repeat buyers and those who have referred other buyers to me, and I strive to keep all of them happy.
