Bio:
NaturallyTru is located in Greenville, MI. I have been making candles and bath/body products since 2000. My soy candles are made using 100% soy wax. I do add a little beeswax to the votives. My bath & body items are made with high quality ingredients and the lip balm is to die for! I hope you enjoy browsing through the products (and little purchasing, you won't regret either).
My Shop Policy:
Shipping:
Items normally ship 2-3 business days after payment is completed.   Items will not ship until payments have been completely processed.  Shipping will be through United States Post Office.  Parcel Post or Priority Mail.  If you would prefer Priority Mail or Express Mail, Please let me know as soon as possible (additional charges apply).  Insurance is available for an additional charge.

Returns:
Items damaged in shipping will be refunded at my discretion.  Please save all packaging materials.   Claims must be placed within 24 hours of receipt of package.  There will be no returns if you just decided that you "did not like" the item. 

Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
