SECTION 1 - SHIPPING PROCCESING TIME / CARRIER
We ship using primarily usps priority mail. All orders are processed and sent out with 5 days. If you have another preference, or have any questions, please contact us.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COST
It is not our intention to make "extra" money by overcharging for shipping. If you are considering a purchase, and the shipping costs appear high, we would be happy to review the cost. We also have had decent luck using a few alternate carriers. Contact us for details
SECTION 3 - BREAKAGE DURING SHIPPING / DEFECTS
Rdi guarantees all glasses to be free of chips, breaks and cracks at the time that the shipping carrier takes possession. However, we truly want our customers to enjoy our product, so we replace any glasses that you receive broken. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE OR HANDLE BROKEN GLASSES IN ANY WAY. What we require in order to send replacements is simply for you to contact us right away, and to take pictures of the broken items, and all packaging, and send the pics to us so that we may then file a claim with the shipper. After you have contacted us, and taken the appropriate pictures, please carefully dispose of the glasses. Do not return them to Rdi. We are perfectionists! However, glass bottles are not made with any sort of precision. If you find an imperfection in one of your glasses, contact us, if it's determined that it was created by Rdi, and not an imperfection inherent to the original bottle, we will happily send you a replacement.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before the glasses are shipped. If you do so, then we will refund your money 100%. However, if the glasses have already been shipped, then you will be charged for the shipping expenses that were incurred, as well as return shipping.
All our glassware (except the ciroc glasses) have been tested using a high temp commercial dish machine, and we’ve never seen an issue. The ciroc glasses may be dishwasher safe as well, but the beautiful color on them is not. For the ciroc, we recommend hand washing, to preserve the colors.
I do produce enough glassware for nearly any setting. If you would like to use them in your bar, restaurant, or stock them on your shelves, i would be delighted to offer you wholesale pricing. Contact me for details.
How smooth is that lip, anyways?
All glasses are individually checked for smoothness. You’ll find no burrs, rough edges, jagged spots, or spots not touched during my process. The inspection includes a physical inspection as well as a visual. The glasses you get will be virtually identical to the pictures you see in the listings.
Currently my method requires the bottles to be generally round, so this means no, I can’t do square bottles.
All glasses are hand washed before shipping. To be safe, I do insist that you wash them before use, to dispose of any residue that may be left behind.
Breakage during shipping
If this happens, we will gladly send replacements, we simply ask that you TAKE PICTURES and send them to us right away. That way we can file a claim with the shipper. Glasses will be shipped only after pictures have been reviewed.
Can shipping be combined?
Yes! It is not my wish to try to increase my sales figures by charging too much for shipping. But I do like round numbers. Normally I’m within 50 cents on shipping. If you are placing an order, and the shipping seems high, please contact me before you finalize your order. I’ll gladly review and make any corrections necessary to give you the best deal on shipping.
