Shipping

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by PayPal. Please make sure this is your current address.

If there is an excess of $1.00 or more for shipping and handling I will refund through PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any issues with any products please let us know. We recommend insurance for orders over $25.00 as we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders as well as wholesale orders are always welcome.

In order to prolong the use of your soap we recommend the use of a well ventilated soap dish as this will allow the soap to dry out in between uses.

** During warm weather if your soap arrives slightly oily please unwrap it and allow it to air dry or place in refrigerator for an hour. **
